Study aid only

PermitTestByState provides original practice questions and general information to help you prepare for knowledge tests. It is not the official test, does not guarantee a pass, and is not affiliated with any government agency. Laws change and vary by state; your state's official handbook and licensing agency are the final authority.

Who may purchase

Only adults aged 18 or older may purchase the Pass Pack. If the learner is under 18, the purchase must be made by their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the learner's behalf and is responsible for the purchase. Before checkout, the buyer must confirm they are 18 or older (or a parent/guardian buying for a learner under 18); we record that confirmation with the purchase. Free practice tests do not require a purchase or an account.

The Pass Pack

The Pass Pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features on the site. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Access is tied to the purchase record held by our payment provider.

Refund policy
